These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and juwa ("juwa", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at juwa.bio. By accessing, registering on, or using any feature of the juwa platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the juwa website, mobile site, and all associated services, games, sports betting markets, and features accessible at juwa.bio.
• "Account" means the personal player account created by you upon completing the juwa registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your juwa Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by juwa under a promotion.
• "Prohibited Player" means any individual who is under the age of 18, is a resident of a restricted jurisdiction, or is otherwise ineligible to hold a juwa Account under these Terms.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which governs all time-related provisions in these Terms.

juwa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, juwa will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details on their Account. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of the juwa Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. juwa operates as an adults-only platform. No player under the age of 18 may register an Account, make a deposit, place a bet, or access any game or betting market on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any business or organisation.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when using the Platform or funding your Account.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform by juwa, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or involuntarily through Account closure for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of juwa or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.

If juwa discovers at any time that a player is under the age of 18, the Account will be immediately closed, all funds deposited will be returned to the original payment source, any winnings generated will be forfeited in their entirety, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities. juwa strongly supports the protection of minors and treats underage access as a serious breach.

Players are responsible for ensuring that no minor in their household gains access to the juwa Platform. juwa recommends the use of parental control software where minors share access to devices used by the Account holder.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) juwa Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. juwa employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate Accounts and will close any such Accounts immediately, forfeiting any associated balances.

When registering your juwa Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. juwa is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your Account, or use any automated means to access the Platform. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other platforms.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Contact juwa support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Never respond to unsolicited communications requesting your juwa login credentials — juwa will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone.

juwa reserves the right to verify the identity of any Account holder at any time. Identity verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts subject to verification review may have deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay restricted until verification is successfully completed.

All transactions on the juwa Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). juwa supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at juwa's discretion.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply per transaction and per day, and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your Account settings at the time of transaction.

• Deposits: Funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your juwa Account balance instantly or within a few minutes. juwa does not charge fees on deposits, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by juwa's payments team and are typically completed within the timeframe communicated at the point of withdrawal. juwa reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. juwa may request confirmation of payment method ownership before processing a withdrawal.
• Refused transactions: juwa reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Players are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies applicable to their winnings or transactions under the laws of Bangladesh. juwa does not provide tax advice and recommends that players seek independent professional guidance on their tax obligations.

juwa offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of the individual promotion, which are published on the juwa Platform at the time the promotion is active.

The following general conditions apply to all juwa bonuses unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus funds being forfeited.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated, juwa bonuses are available to one Account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times using different Accounts are considered abuse and will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. A full list of game contribution rates is available within the promotion terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While wagering bonus funds, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per hand as stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Withdrawal before wagering completion: If you choose to withdraw your real-money balance before completing the wagering requirement on any active bonus, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.

juwa reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to reclaim bonus funds where it determines that a bonus has been obtained or used in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion terms. Decisions made by juwa regarding bonus eligibility and wagering calculations are final.

By using the juwa Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juwa Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform using another player's credentials or impersonating any other person.
• Using any software, bot, script, automated process, AI tool, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform or to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Platform without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, manipulating game outcomes, or exploiting bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in any game or Platform feature for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Engaging in charge-backs or reversals of legitimate deposits made to your juwa Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing juwa staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Reproducing, distributing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any content, software, or intellectual property from the juwa Platform without prior written authorisation.

juwa employs fraud detection, anti-money-laundering screening, and behaviour-monitoring systems that operate continuously across the Platform. These systems may flag Accounts for manual review at any time. Accounts under review may have their withdrawal and deposit functionality temporarily suspended while the review is conducted.

All games available on the juwa Platform — including slots, live dealer casino tables, virtual table games, and sports betting markets — are subject to their individual game rules as published by the respective game provider or juwa's sports betting platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a bet or wager.

Casino games on juwa use certified random number generator (RNG) technology where applicable, ensuring that all outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including juwa. Live dealer games use real-time physical game equipment operated by professional dealers and are streamed via Evolution Gaming or Ezugi infrastructure.

Sports betting on juwa covers cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and ODI series), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on juwa:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after confirmation except as provided in the specific event rules.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, juwa's settlement rules for that event type will apply as published at the time of the event.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all sports betting markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a bet.
• juwa reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the odds were published in error or that the bet was placed in a manner inconsistent with fair play.

In the event of any technical malfunction during a game session or while a bet is being placed, the hand, round, or bet may be voided and stakes returned to the player's Account balance at juwa's discretion. juwa is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

Players may request closure of their juwa Account at any time by contacting juwa support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, juwa will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds to the player's registered payment method and close the Account. Any active bonus funds or wagering-requirement-restricted balances will be forfeited upon Account closure.

juwa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Confirmed or suspected underage access.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by juwa.
• Detection of multiple Accounts held by the same individual.
• Abusive behaviour directed at juwa staff or other players.

Where an Account is closed by juwa for breach of these Terms, juwa reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, juwa may forfeit the balance in whole or in part. Players who believe their Account has been closed in error may contact [email protected] to request a review.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the juwa Platform shall be subject to the dispute resolution process set out in juwa's operational policies, details of which are available from juwa support. juwa's decisions in respect of disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, and Account management are final and binding unless manifestly erroneous.
