Responsible Gaming Tools

Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap in BDT. Once your chosen limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reducing your limit takes effect instantly; increasing it requires a 24-hour review period.
Define the maximum amount in BDT you are willing to lose within a set time window. When your net losses reach the limit, your session is automatically paused for the remainder of the period, protecting your bankroll from runaway sessions.
Limit the total number of hours you spend on the juwa platform per day or per week. When your time allowance is exhausted, you are automatically logged out and cannot log back in until the next period begins.
Receive an on-screen reminder at regular intervals — every 30, 60, or 90 minutes — showing how long you have been playing and your net result for the session. Reality checks prompt mindful decision-making without interrupting gameplay unnecessarily.
Take a short break from juwa by activating a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period your account is suspended and you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The restriction lifts automatically at the end of the chosen period.

Self-Exclusion

All other periods require the exclusion to run its full course before a reinstatement request is considered. Even after a period expires, reinstatement is not automatic — you must contact support and pass an assessment to confirm you wish to resume play responsibly.
